In my work, I attach great importance to a holistic approach to the physical, mental and emotional development of my young patients. Regular check-ups are a central component of pediatric medicine. They help to regularly assess your child’s physical, mental and emotional development and to identify and treat any abnormalities at an early stage.

In our practice, I carry out all legally recommended check-ups. I take time for your child and your questions. Each examination is a valuable opportunity to discuss your child’s development, nutrition, vaccinations and everyday life.

Treatment of acute illnesses

If it has to be quick – we are there for your child

Acute illnesses usually come on suddenly – be it a high temperature, a severe cough, an earache or a skin rash. At such times, parents need quick, competent help and children need a calm and safe environment.
In our practice, I take care of acute complaints promptly and comprehensively – with a lot of experience, an open ear and child-friendly diagnostics.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations are an important part of preventive healthcare for your child. In our practice, we offer you a detailed vaccination consultation to provide you with comprehensive information about all recommended vaccinations and their benefits. We will address your individual questions and concerns and inform you about the current vaccination recommendations. In addition, the annual flu vaccination (influenza) is carried out painlessly in my practice every fall using nasal drops.

RSV immunization

A major achievement is the now possible protection against RSV infection in infants through immunization. This is also carried out in practice.

Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine for children

Natural healing

This millennia-old healing art from China combats the causes of illnesses and not just the symptoms. Countless studies have clearly demonstrated the effectiveness of acupuncture. The self-healing powers are activated in a natural way.

Children react particularly sensitively to this type of treatment. By stimulating certain points on the body, the so-called meridian points, the flow of energy is stimulated and blockages in the body are released.

Depending on the age and tolerance of the child, the meridian points can be stimulated using different methods. Traditionally, I use sterile acupuncture needles; for smaller children and infants, pain-free permanent plasters, so-called pyonex plasters, are suitable. I also use gold and silver beads for ear acupuncture, all of which are painless.
